Marco Graci

I joined professional sports after successfully taking part in recruitment and service in the Carabinieri Military Police Parachute Battalion in Tuscany in 1992. In that year I was sent to Sicily for special anti-Mafia operations. After discharge from the army I began my studies in psychology, indulged in travelling and joined the world of fitness.

In 1994 I was awarded my first international certificate from Reebok University, specialising in aerobic activities and had a seven-month experience onboard the Achille Lauro cruise ship where I perfected my English language fluency.

Two years later I took part in my first national convention as a presenter and, in 1998, I was selected to join the Team Reebok Master Trainer Italia. Still in 1998 I dug deeper into the first functional training methods and learnt about the Pilates method. This led me to develop my circuit functional training programme which I presented at the 2004 HIRSA convention in San Francisco and later on at the Sports University of Madrid and University of Budapest. I exported my system in 20 countries.

Since 2006 I have fully dedicated my time in studying the classic method with PEAK PILATES regarding which I later became a trainer, mentor and PEAK PILATES Director of Education Italy & Slovenia.

In 2018, I attended the Pilates Master Mentor Program with Lolita S. Miguel attaining the Second-Generation Teacher certificate. Today, I train Master instructors in Europe across the world

Pilates Studio

After numerous conventions in Italy and abroad, I felt the need to take a break and build my own business.

Before I started my Studio, I taught Pilates in various facilities using the method I was familiar with at the time, but this no longer assured me quality .

After attending trade fairs abroad, I discovered international Pilates schools and, as a result, the traditional school and the Peak Pilates approach.

I therefore embarked on a journey to learn about and study the Peak Pilates method, regarding which I am currently the Technical Manager for its international programme, in Italy and Slovenia.

Then I opened my small professional Pilates Studio in Lake Garda.

Thanks to my vast experience as a “trainer of teachers”, Peak Pilates reached out to me, initially offering me a position as an assistant for its international trainers and then as a Master Trainer for Italy. Then, in 2008, I was awarded my first certificate as national reference Trainer, then Mentor for other Master Trainers in Italy and abroad, and finally Peak Pilates Director of Education for Italy & Slovenia.

My team

Tina Lozej

My passion for Pilates began in 2008 and within a few years I completed the comprehensive program under the expert guidance of Marco Graci.

My passion for this activity and my quest to learn more about it knows no bounds: I teach Pilates at Power Studio and my classes are filled with enthusiasm and participation.

Francesca Bergante

My 20-year sports career in professional basketball led me to playing for several Serie A teams across Italy.

After completing my university studies, I took up and completed a Pilates training programme at Peak Pilates and became a Comprehensive Level Teacher. I am currently en route to completing my Master Instructor training programme.

Arianna Bayre

When I was 23, I started my life as a professional dancer for Italian television shows. After becoming a mom I quit the professional dancing and got a Gyrotonic Expansion System instructor certificate.

I approached Pilates following my mentor Marco Graci, who introduced me to the Peak Pilates professional programme: today, I run the "OFFICINA27” studio in Milan.
