The Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification (PPC) programme is organised at three levels, each consisting of several modules. This is a programme recognised by PMA.
Right from the first level, we study how to integrate Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, Power Circle and additional exercises so as to provide all the tools needed to succeed in in one's work and improve the students’ learning safely.
To ensure the quality of the programme, the first level envisages a maximum of 6 teachers who will each have their own Reformer and Cadillac to study and exercise on.

The Peak Pilates Matwork certification program offers a solid foundation for traditional Mat exercises and the tools needed to help your customers improve safely and effectively in group classes, mini-groups, and custom sessions.
The program includes the development of all "on the floor" exercises with changes, easy approach and "building blocks" for all exercises: from beginners all the way to the most advanced. It also addresses issues for people with special needs.
The main objective of the course is to enhance safety and effectiveness as a Pilates Instructor, and participants are instructed and trained on how to communicate efficiently and perform exercises safely.
To ensure the quality of the course, each course allows a maximum of 10 teachers.

These seminars cover the basic, intermediate and advanced level teaching and learning of the Chairs, Barrels, Per-o-Pull, adjusted Foot and Jump Boards.
These courses develop the teaching of the complete range of the two main auxiliary equipment and additional accessories.
To ensure the quality of the seminars, each course allows a maximum of 8 teachers.
